When I have kiddos in the studio or at a fabulous location ready to go for pictures, I like to let them have fun. Being silly and letting them be silly allows us all to enjoy the session. And if the kids are having fun it makes it that much easier to get their real personalities captured on "film". A few weeks ago I had my beautiful, silly, handsome, fun, active niece and nephew in the studio for some yearly birthday pictures. They are some of the best at making silly faces!
This one here of Dylan will be such a great memory for us as a family to look back on in his teen years or to show his future spouse. While it might not be one you hang as wall art on the living room wall, it's still definitely a keeper!
As you can see Dylan loves being a goofball! And letting him give me that silly expression allows us all to laugh and when he's laughing and smiling after being goofy I snap another shot and get that perfect image for grandma!
I also love how he's getting be such a big guy; as you can see in the third picture (posing light a high school senior).
How precious are these two (above) cuddling and holding hands!
And as you can see below these two were (as usual) rock stars in the studio! I love when they come over to "Aunt Annie's" for pictures!
